i was beginning to think i had hit a plateau that i just could not rebound from! finally though, i shed another 5 lbs this week, bringing my total weight lost thus far to 66 lbs. yay! i am very happy about that.
this week i have been doing alot better about writing down what i eat and i think that has helped me tremendously. obviously. monday and tuesday i was a little neauseous and a bit dizzy i think from the calorie shift but i kept on motoring through and somehow made it.
i plan on walking every night for the next 3 weeks at least. im meeting up with some old friends in october and i know it will make me feel even better if i can drop a few more pounds by then. i like the idea of walking every day anyway though and maybe if it isnt too horrible, i will continue it!
so here we go:
today's eats:
bfast--1 cup raspberries and blueberries fresh
lunch: broccoli soup and 1/2 baguette
dinner: chicken w brown rice and green beans
water: 8 glasses
exercise: 25 mins brisk walk
